On this day in 1987 Echo & The Bunnymen released their cover version of The Doors ‘People Are Strange’. Recorded for the cult film The Lost Boys it featured Ray Manzarek on keyboards & production. Due to the popularity of the film it was re released 3 yrs later charting on both occasions.
